We are offering 10% shares for $9100 plus closing costs, with lots of 1.7 acres (0.7 hectares). We will also offer 5% shares with lots of 0.86 acres (0.35 hectares) for $4550 plus closing costs.

The property was purchased undivided; we currently own half of it. Once the legal process to divide it into two properties is complete, it will be 7.85 hectares. Until then, we cannot claim lots as we are unsure of exactly how the division will take place.
The lease-to-buy agreement allows buyers to reserve a share of the property and corresponding lot size before we have finished this legal process, which could take until the end of 2021.

Lease to Buy
We will be offering a unique lease-to-buy program for those who prefer to pay monthly.
Pay a $2000 USD down payment followed by $500 or $1000 monthly payments until the cost of your property is paid, at which point the official closing can be completed and you become a property owner. From the moment of your down payment, you are treated as a Fruit Haven owner, receiving monthly updates on all Fruit Haven properties, access to our Fruit Files cloud server, and the FH7 accounting records.
Initially, the lease to buy program is interest-free, but you cannot claim a lot as we do not have the lots mapped yet.
Once the lots are mapped, any old entries into the FH7 lease-to-buy program will get first preference for lot selection. Any new entries will pay a small interest rate, and will be able to reserve a lot as they enter the program.
